Event Description

Johnson City native Mike Clark is officially announcing his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for United States Congress from the 1st District of Tennessee. Clark will have a petition-signing party this Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Democrat Resource Center in Johnson City, and numerous events are in the works to introduce Clark to the voters of the 1st District. He will be embarking on a listening tour of the district in the coming weeks, visiting each and every county to hear the concerns of its citizens.
