See you on Thursday!
The hearing (1:30 Central Thursday, 11/5) is in courtroom 411 on the 4th floor of the Metro Courthouse, which is at 200 James Robertson Parkway in downtown Nashville.Strength in numbers!
If you support secure and accurate elections in Tennessee, please attend the first hearing of the lawsuit that if won would compel the Tennessee Secretary of State to implement the Tennessee Voter Confidence Act.
The Tennessee Voter Confidence Act mandates the replacement of the broken election machines we are using now to vote on in Tennessee with paper ballots - which can be verified and would be used as the ballot of record in the cases of close elections and recounts.
It would be beneficial to show the judge and the media covering the hearing that Tennesseans will no longer stand for voting on broken election machines.
