4 Announcements

1. We hope to see you this Saturday, August 13th at 10:00a.m. at San Miguel Coffee Co. on the square in Winchester.  This is just a time to get together and talk politics, not an official meeting.

2.  If anyone knows where our folding table and chairs or banners are please bring them to the home of Jean Snead any time after 12 noon, 104 Fairway Terrace 967-0542.  She has graciously agreed to keep all of our stuff in her garage.   If you have any red, white, and blue decorations that you may have left over from the 4th, we could use them as well.

3.  We need to have everything in one place for our upcoming booths at the Franklin County Fair and the Polly Crockett Festival.  If you can volunteer to man the booth for the fair this August 18th 4-9pm, 19th  4-9pm, 20th 1-9pm, please call Pat Tabor at 649-5662.

4.  If you would like to do some door to door knocking to register people to vote and invite them to join the party, please let me know.  I'll be happy to give you a list of names.  You can email me or call at 598-9731.  Please remind people, especially senior citizens who no longer drive that there is a new law in place requiring people to bring a state-issued I.D. card when they vote.  Guess which party sponsored that law?? So, it's important that people are prepared, (registered and with I.D.) well ahead of time for voting time.
