UNIONIZATION OF HEALTHCARE WORKERS

ENABLING HEALTHCARE WORKERS BY UNIONIZATION.

Can unions help the healthcare system by ensuring the rights and needs of each and every patient care delivery person? What are the needs and rights and how can they be enabled or augmented? How does a satisfied and enabled healthcare worker impact the delivery of healthcare? We need representation as we keep working; day in, day out. We are a rare breed and how we became that is alot of the story. We never have a choice of being off on holidays- we rotate with others who also have no choice. But after a while that becomes a way of life and if you love your job as I do mine, it becomes OK.

Its OK ,but not right for many of the other obstacles in the way of healthcare delivery.
