Art.VII concerns late nominations for public office.
I would favor a caucus of all Democrats eligible to be a member of the Party to nominate a candidate if ther arises a need for a late nomination.
A county wide caucus if the office is county wide.
A district caucus if for county commission.
Just a little more food for thought.
