Should the Tenncare cuts be stopped since President Obama has increased funding?

That is a great question. Maybe instead of stopping Tenncare, it could be expanded to cover folks who are not the beneficiaries of the increased funding, or it could be used to act as a secondary to Medicare insurance for low-income people without andy secondary insurance. Even if it only covered Part A (Hospital) charges, it would be a great help.
