How would swing voters react to the prosecution of Cheney?

As we all know, most if not all Democrats feel the action of Bush/Cheney in regards to the detainees and their torture were crimes to say the lest. We also know that most Republicans on the fare right have spent the last eight years defending the actions of these two. The Republicans see torture as justified, not because of the detainees and the so called " War on Terror" but simply because of Bush/Cheney. If Bush/Cheney had been Democrat, we would already be seeing calls for the 2009 version of the Nuremberg Trials by the Republicans. With all this said, here is my Question; How do you think the swing voter would feel to see the AG under President Obama, charging the Vice President and Defence Secretary under President Bush with crimes relating to torture of prisoners? I don't feel President Obama would allow the AG to charge Bush but would the swing voter still support President Obama in 2012, If he allowed Cheney and others to be charged ? As we all know, a swing voter can be Republican in 2004 and Democratic in 2008, would they support Obama in this matter?

This is important folks. We need to be in on this conference call, so that we can make our voices heard on the single-payer issue. Otherwise, they will claim that everyone is "satisfied" with our lack of health care.

A message from Susan Acito to all members of Sullivan County Democratic Party on Tennessee Democratic Party!

The next meeting of the Sullivan County Election Commission will be held at Noon on Tuesday, May 12. It goes without saying that with the recent actions of the Republicans on this Commission, it is important that we show support for our Democratic Commissioners, Betsy Shine and Lesley Carr, by attending this meeting. If you can attend, please do and bring someone with you, if possible. Also notify all of your Democratic friends of this meeting.
Thank you,

Thank you for becoming members of the Scdp, today I became the webmaster of the Northeast Tennessee Democratic Association. You might find the blogs interesting to read from the various counties represented. Here is the web address http://www.northeastda.org/ This association is a good start I feel on the road to working as a region.
