For those who live in Middle TN, & are concerned about folk (including myself), who have mobility impairments, being shut out of the park we've enjoyed for years, if the parks board approves a plan to close Nashville's historic Centennial Park to vehicles, What can we do to insure that people w/ disabilities are not burdened w/ an undue hardship, just so we can enjoy the park like typically-abled friends do? If you need more information, see Gail Kerr's excellent Tennessean column on the subject. If you are in other parts of the state, tell us what difficulties you've experienced/advocated for or against, in your area. What was your outcome?
