It's time to start calling our own Representatives. Although they are Republican, they need to hear that many of their constituents support a single-payer system or a government-insured health plan. Though we tend to think that they don't care what…

Remember This Quote From Inaguration Speech?

...and when that promise is not a promise to us, but also a promise by us, we make our own destiny.

So let us renew this promise. This is not an oath I cannot fulfill by myself. In this country we elect leaders not to rule, but to serve. But we must all serve. Let us move forward together. Let us become a better nation.

Ward is committed to continuing the work Governor Bredesen and others have done to make Tennessee a leader in the green economy. It's where the jobs are. He also understands the current economy like no other candidate in this race. We're in a reset period, which is part of the reason the 2010 elections are so crucial. We need leadership in government that can see beyond the old political paradigms.
