Johnson City native Mike Clark is officially announcing his candidacy for the Democratic nomination for United States Congress from the 1st District of Tennessee. Clark will have a petition-signing party this Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Democrat Resource Center in Johnson City, and numerous events are in the works to introduce Clark to the voters of the 1st District. I think the main point is that the US has led the charge to put people to death for similiar actions. A society should never be afraid to put lawbreakers before a judge, no matter what rank in society the lawbreaker holds.
