The Tennessee legislature has now taken the final steps to reverse the 1978 law allowing collective bargaining by teachers. The Republican Party members of the legislature advocate for photo ID to vote. The Tennessee Banker's Association pulled the legislative strings to weaken protections for home owners facing foreclosure.
