I find it mildly amusing that in the great public vs. private debate, both the Democrats and the Republicans manage to find themselves on both sides of the argument.In the case of education, Democrats arguing against charter schools say that funding privately operated charter schools would destroy public education because such competition is inherently unfair. What are they thinking

I am very disappointed with the TN democratic legislators. First they voted to mix guns and alcohol (The old west was so much fun,) Perhaps their next step is to sponsor a quick draw competion with real guns. After supporting guns they abandoned inner school children who need charter schools to escape the stifling burocracy of failing schools. This is a clear sell out to a special interest (teacher unions) and a complete abandonment of our most needey children.It is these types of votes that…See More

What are they thinking

I am very disappointed with the TN democratic legislators.
