Actually, as part of SB1666 they do, however they have made the bar very high. Must have a Birth Cert., SS card, and 2 forms of proof of residency: bill, rental agreement, voter reg. card.

I agree about Ben Lemming in the 6th. He was the second place finisher in the primary (I think) and I generally felt he was an overall better candidate. More accessible.
