PARTNERING AND COLLABORATION

In every organization there some folks stronger than others. There are some who produce a lot, some not so much.I teach my students that if you cannot change people you must sometimes change people. In a political organization where many are elected to their positions, changing people is not always possible or politically wise. That is why we MUST partner and collaborate with others to win.
