Congress should start dealing with these things NOW. Anything else is yet again another distraction. State legislatures ought be focusing on ensuring the stimulus is spent clearly, and effectively - as well as making sure TN has the best Education in the country, and ensuring Tennessee is poised to be a leader in the green economy and healthcare reform.
Anything else (I.e. guns) is a distraction and disservice.
