Are these new requirements to vote not considered unconstitutional under the 24 Amendment, and the 1965 Voting Rights Act signed into law by President Lindon Johnson? If you have to pay for the required ID to vote is that not considered a voting tax? It seems to me this is deliberately stripping the poor (who or more likely to vote Democrat) of their right to vote. Also, not accepting college ID's is another attack on the Democratic base. Similar voting requirements have been passed all over the country, the voice of the people is being silenced. Claiming to be a (what at one time was considered small government conservatives) Republican, obviously means (in this hyperpartisan climate) that you must strip and trample on the constitutional rights of groups of people who are more likely to disagree with you.
