
2025 REORGANIZATION CONVENTION
Reorganization Convention Details (location to be determined):
The Tennessee Democratic Party will host the Shelby County Democratic Party Reorganization Convention on Saturday, May 31st, 2025. Once the location has been finalized, that information will be made available as well.
•Doors Open: 8:30 AM CST
•Doors close: 10:15 AM CST
Any Democrat in good standing is eligible to participate. Nominations for all Executive Officers and other elected members will be taken from the floor during the Convention. Two weeks prior to the event, the proposed SCDP Bylaws and Convention Rules will be shared with Shelby County Democrats. These documents will be reviewed and adopted at the Convention and will serve as the foundation for the re-established Shelby County Democratic Party. Once released, these documents will be available for review at www.tndp.org/scdp.
